Prompt 9

Self

“What lies behind us and what lies before us are tiny matters compared to what lies within us.”

Can you tell me who you are? Can you pin yourself down in one image, one phrase, one description? I can't, I don't even try, I'm fragmented, multifaceted and full of glorious contradictions. The self can be as mercurial and fleeting as time, layered, textured, weathered, full of subtle and grand details, rooting down, reaching up, dancing with the shadows and seeking the light, ever unfolding, still being written, still being dreamed up, always exploring and being touched by life- all of it, all of it and that's just a day.

I used one of my Lomography double exposure images, perfect for fragmentation.
I loved this post too.  I've loved them all.
